Tip the Instructors

The pooled tip fund is shared equally by all festival instructors. Tipping closes Sunday, November 22 at noon Eastern.

Workshop discount codes do not apply to instructor tips. Please do not enter the NGFDA member code when submitting a tip. The tip page opens in a new tab; after submitting your tip, close that tab to return to festival registration.

Workshop discount instructions

NGFDA Members: On September 19, 2026, all current NGFDA members will receive an email from ngfdafallfestival@gmail.com containing a 10% discount code to be used during the workshop registration checkout process.

New NGFDA members: After joining, wait for the MembershipWorks welcome email containing the discount code before checking out for workshops.

Before You Check Out

  • Compare days and sessions so you do not select overlapping workshops.
  • Instructors will begin emailing registered students their class handouts, Zoom links, and any advance materials on November 14 and will complete all mailings by November 17.
  • Workshop purchases are nonrefundable unless NGFDA or the instructor cancels the class.
